| The paper briefly introduces the developing courses of logistics and logistics management theory together with the composing of logistics activities and the main content of logistics management. Analyzes the environment of internal and external logistics of Shijiazhuang Dongsanjiao Warehouse and the system of China National Materials Storage And Transportation Corporation by the method SWOT. According to the demands of modern logistics storage management, combining with the practice of DSJW, it expounds and analyzes managements of the storage storeroom, storage information, service, inventory and purchase, it also discusses the adjustment of the operation mode in the warehouse and proposes some methods to improve the modern logistics storage management. It illustrates the means to determine the price of distribution taking the distribution of the productions of Haier Company by DSJW as an example. It also expatiates how to make a project of distribution by the example of Lego supermarket. It makes an expectation for the future of the developing of modern logistics of DSJW and proposes some methods to optimize its modern logistics system. |
