Studying On The Achievements Of Rccs Reforms Of Jiangsu Province

On August,2001, the RCCS of Jiangsu took a all-round reforms as the polit reforms of China. The aim is: to achieve operational sustainability and to meet the financial need of rural development. The dissertation pays emphasis on whether and how the reforms have achieved the aim. First the author establishes the standard, second has a analysis on the changes and achievement of RCCs reforms.The dissertation is composed of 4 parts. Part 1 presents the background and framework of the dissertation. Part 2 consists of Chapter 3 and Chapter 4, which analyzes the reasons of RCCs reforms of Jiangsu and the function and working mechanism of the measures taken. Part 3 consists of Chapter 4 and Chapter 5,which analyzes the changes and achievements of RCCs of Suqian deeply. Part 4 presents advices.Chapter 1 presents the study contents and means step by step, and on the basis gives the framework.Chapter 2 presents the backgrounds of RCCs reforms of Jiangsu province from two asptces: RCCs themselves and the development of the rural to testify the necessaries of reforms.Chapter 3 nanlyzes the effect and working mechanism of the measures taken.Chapter 4 nanlyzes the characteristic of the rural financial market and RCCs of Suqian.Chapter 5 is the core of the dissertation, which try to qualify the aim of the RCCs reforms to coving and operational sustainability then to testify the achievements of the reforms.Chapter 6 presents some useful advices according to the above analysis.
