Study On The Legal System Of Supervision Of Insurance Fund Application

With China' s entry into WTO on December 11th, 2001, it is inevitable to open further the financial markets to the world. The opening of insurance industry is imminent. The application of insurance fund, as is called the lifeline of insurance company, shows its importance in the course of the opening of insurance industry. This article tries to analyze the advantages of the supervision of foreign insurance fund application, deeply probe into the defects of China' s insurance fund application, and put forward the necessity of the supervision of insurance fund application.The whole thesis is made up of four section.The first section : the introduction of the supervision of insurance fund application. This section puts forward the necessity of the supervision of insurance fund application through the analysis of the meaning and principle of insurance fund application.The second section: the supervision system of insurance fund application in main countries and areas in the world. This section puts an emphasis on analyzing the supervision system of insurance fund application in developed countries and newly-developed industrial countries and areas, and compares them.The third section: the influence and challenge of WTO onour supervision system of insurance fund application. According to the development of our supervision system, this section expounds the influence and challenge of WTO on our supervision system of insurance fund application.The fourth section: advice on how to improve the supervision system of insurance fund application in our country.
