With the development of technology and productivity, customers' level of consumption is advancing constantly; Competition between companies is intensifying increasingly. Besides these, polity , economy and circumstance is changing tempestuously. Thus increases the difficulty about forecasting of market demand. Enterprise resource is limited. Any corporation can't do best in any operation. Only if she allies other excellent enterprise and forms a dominance community, she can increase her core competition. Thus promote the enterprise in supply chain to build supply chain alliance. They make up with their shortcoming and increase competitive power through this alliance. Then facing lots of corporations, how to choose appropriate partner and keep this relationship? This paper is based on this view.This paper begins from the definition of supply chain alliance, introducing the character of it and the merit of building the supply chain alliance. That acknowledges ourselves with the reason of setting up it, then elaborate on the standard of choosing associate. They can avoid the blindness when a company selects the associate. Meanwhile tell the deficiency of the methods in picking out the potential collaborator that widely used nowadays. Then introduces two choosing method, that is applying the cluster analysis, GEM (Group Eigenvalue Method) combining AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method to this problem. In the end, give the measures to maintain the connection of supply chain alliance. |
