Research On The Methods Of Evaluation And Choice Of Supply Chain Partner

Recently, field of industry and academe pay more attention to supply chain management. But now, there are many practical problems to be solved if we want to be successful in supply chain management. Evaluation and choice of supply chain partner is one of key points to form supply chain. All participators which take part in the supply chain benefit from a friendly partnership, so that it brings on "Both Win". First of all, evaluation system is made perfect and evaluation criterions are spread out. Secondly, the qualitative and quantitative, fuzzy and determinate methods are adopted to improve on the deficiencies of the existing evaluation methods. That the weights of experts are determined by the central enterprise is proposed to lower the effects of their subjective factors to the result of final evaluation. Then the fuzzy variable weighting method which improves on the deficiencies of constant weighting evaluations is proposed to evaluated supply chain partner. According to the evaluation system, an optimization model is established to avoid the phenomena that evaluation systems are apart from those models of choices of supply chain partners. Finally, simulation experiments by Genetic Algorithm and MATLAB are made to show the correctness and validity of the model.
