A Study On Risk Evaluation For Agricultural Products Supply Chain With Processing Enterprises As The Core

With the continuous advancement of world economic integration and the increasingintensification of market competition, rivalry among enterprises has gradually evolvedinto the competition of the whole supply chain. As a large agricultural country, ruralissues concerning “agriculture, countryside and farmers” play an immeasurable role inthe economic and social development of China. It is significant for our country to reduceagriculture cost and improve agricultural overall efficiency through supply chainmanagement.Base on the study on risk evaluation for agricultural products supply chain withprocessing enterprises as the core, this paper acquired a thorough understanding of riskevaluation for this type of agricultural products supply chain, conducted a scientific andobjective discriminatory analysis on the risk factors of the supply chain, established acomprehensive and reasonable risk evaluation index system, constructed risk evaluationmethods based on Fuzzy Hierarchy Comprehensive Model, undertook a case study onrisk evaluation for agricultural products supply chain with processing enterprises as thecore, and put forward risk prevention and control measures. This study could betterimprove the risk management level of agricultural products supply chain with processingenterprises as the core, maintain its operation stability and improve its efficiency. Themain work is as follows:1. Combining literature research and based on SOCR model, this study conducteda discriminatory analysis on the risk sources of agricultural products supply chain withprocessing enterprises as the core from six aspects of external environment, supply plan,purchasing, production and processing, transportation and delivery, and cooperativerelation, and further analyzed and confirmed detailed impact indexes of different aspects.2. Based on the risk factors from the discriminatory analysis, it adopted a questionnaire survey to consult experts on establishing a risk evaluation index system,and finally established a risk evaluation index system for agricultural products supplychain with processing enterprises as the core. In the system, there are six first classindexes including external environment, supply plan, purchasing, production andprocessing, transportation and delivery, and28specific second class indexes.3. It applied Analytic Hierarchy Process to assign corresponding weights to firstclass indexes and second class indexes, and constructed a risk evaluation model based onFuzzy Hierarchy Comprehensive Evaluation Theory according to the risk characteristicsof agricultural products supply chain with processing enterprises as the core. Applyingthe model, it conducted an evaluation on the risks of agricultural products supply chainwith processing enterprises as the core and made an analytic elaboration on the results.4. Finally, it put forward put forward suggestions of risk prevention and controlmeasures for agricultural products supply chain with processing enterprises as the core.
