So it has great theory value and practice value not only for perfection of social security but also for development of ethics to examine social security again from ethical and moral point of view, build a research terrace on the basis of combination of social security and ethics, and analyze social security and ethical problem from all-round positions and many points.With the approach of integration of theory and practice and the method of the unity of logic and history, and from present situation, the article seeks the origins of social security and potential mental power that supports the development of social security for a long time.
