Study On The Innovation Of Public Affairs Administration System

Based upon the general connotation of the public affairs administration system, the thesis explores the evolvement of Chinese public affairs administration system, brings forward a new model for China' s public affairs administration after further analyzing the specific problems and accordingly provides the proposal for the internal administrative system innovation of the public institutions. Furthermore, the thesis also analyzes the relevant issues that the system revolution may encounter in the future, gropes for the relationship between the reform of the public institutions and the government departments, explores the internal conflicts in the innovation and advances the general procedure of the innovation. Finally, the thesis advances some successful reform experience of both the foreign developed countries and Chinese typical cities and further gives an empirical analysis for us to draw lessons from.
