Reflections On Relation Between Sustainable Development And Rule By Law

This thesis,entitled" reflections on relation between sustainable development and rule by law",is divided into 4 chapters .They are "thinking in rule by law of sustainable development "(chapter 1); "Influence of rule by law on sustainable development"(chapter 2); "Influence of sustainable development on rule by law'Xchapter 3); "thinking in rule by law of sustainable development in China"(chapter 4);Chapter 1: To start from rule by law ,this chapter deals with human survival crisis which is closely related with sustainable development ,also others about sustainable development including:arguments in definition; goal; process from definition to action.Chapter 2: This chapter is devoted to the guidance,safeguard promotion and coordination of rule by law to sustainable development;and finally,its role in international cooperation and communication.Chapter 3:This chapter analyzes the influence of rule by law to sustainable development from the perspective of the enviroment of rule by law ,its value and practice.Chapter 4:This chapter illustrates the necessity of sustainable development and rule by law in China summarizes its process and its main problems ;and explores the means to improve it.This thesis is expounded by means of making comparison,relating theory with practice and combing logics with history.
