The economy development is a historical process, effected with subjective and objective factors, developing speed of each region is different, there are differences among them. Therefore, there is regional inequality development in every country and area, and GuangXi province is not exception. Regional difference is a general indication involved in many factors, such as regional production term, economic base, level of economic development and government regional policy and so on. When the government is going to establish regional development tactic, regional difference is an important reference. The economy of GuangXi has been developing rapidly since reformation and open, but short of reasonable regional correspond development tactic and regional industry policy, the difference among the regions of GuangXi has been extending continuously and GuangXi province still belongs to undeveloped region. Some differences are reasonable and exceeding difference will cause economy conflict, weaken existing divide the work and cooperation and affect economic development and society stability seriously, so reasonable regional development tactic and regional policy are vital factors to the development of a region. Therefore, the thesis pays attention to the regional difference study, at first use the combination method which include qualitative, quantitative, dynamic and static method to analysis the changing and tend of economic difference of each region and each county, city of GuangXi province and economy distribution in GuangXi; The secondly, discuss and analysis resource gift, production term and development potential of each region; At last put forward with region developing suggestion and developing tactic.
