Research On The Difference Of Regional Social Security Degree

The economic development of our country with the topography of the East West gradient development, the level of economic development of the eastern coastal areas was significantly higher than that of the Midwest and other inland areas. The imbalance of the degree of economic development in a certain sense leads to the degree of social security is not balanced. Because the level of economic development has different between different security groups and different regions have different levels of social security in the same social security system.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies on the differences of the regional differences in the level of social security research, first of all to the our country currently the development process of the current social security system, social security system and moderate social security level of brief introduction and analysis. Then combined with the outstanding problems existing in the operation process of China’s social security system, respectively from the two aspects of different regional co-ordination and co-ordination group focuses on the analysis of the present difference in the social security, in the data of analysis of the process, select the expenditure on social insurance, financial social security expenditure, financial expenditure, per capita social security expenditure on social security, spending as a share of fiscal expenditure and social security expenditure to GDP ratio index to study, and based on selected two areas of Guangdong Province and Yunnan Province, a less representative of the developed area as the economy developed areas and to further study the current situation of the regional differences. Through the analysis of the present situation, it is found that the difference of regional social security degree is mainly due to the unbalanced development of regional economy and the problem of the multi system of social security. To narrow the differences in regional social security level, to better achieve the fairness of social security system, combined with the study of the status and the analysis of the reasons respectively from the two aspects of the different regions under the overall planning program and protect the group put forward corresponding policy suggestions.
