Study Of Construction And Management System Of High Productive And Efficient Mine

In this paper, it was concluded that high productive and efficient mine is playing an important role in coal industry inour country on the basis of sustainable development, intensive production and modem enterprise system .By analyzing the situation and international environment we are facing, a new high productive and efficient mine construction and management system was put forward in the paper.Comparing with international advanced coal mining technology with higy production and efficiency, we are being worried about low efficiency, low benefit and unstable security in coal mining. So it is advised in the paper that economic growth mode should be transferred from extensive mode to intensive mode by adhering opening future to the outside world in our country. In the paper, by introducing modern enterprise management system, a new theoretical high productive and efficient mine management system was founded, and an object cost management system and corresponding measures to the problem existing in current management system were put forward too, which including four systems.
