Mineral resources are an important part of natural resources of our country, its development and utilization is very important to the economic development of our country. But mining is the pollution of the industry, its development and utilization process will inevitably damage the ecological, environmental pollution, and during a long period, people ignore the mine environment protection, no sound legal system to restrict people’s behavior caused by mining, mine ecological environment destruction.
