With the deepening of the global economic integration and violent development of the science and technology, the competition between enterprises becomes fiercer and fiercer. The competition between enterprises is mostly the competition of the products, especially the competition of the new products. Grasping the pulse in era to innovate products becomes the key that the enterprise survives and develops and the source full of vigor of the enterprise. Products innovation can promote the added value of the products and improve the market competitiveness. With the improvement of people's living standard and rising of the life sense, the demands of products turn to "pursuit of the quality" and "communion of emotion" from "satisfaction of quantity", which endows products innovation with more intension and extend.So, nowadays the products innovation is not simple appearance improvement or technology innovation, but a complicated system engineering and an interact course of various kinds of information that should involve a great deal of respects, such as economy, technology, culture, society, etc. However, nowadays there exist some defects and blind spots in our country's products innovation, because most enterprises rely mainly on introducing and imitation, which lead to the out-of-balance of design idea and assimilation with the type products.This paper annotated afresh products innovation from the aspects of systematic value, in light of rational, harmonic and constant principle, adhered to the design idea of the trinity of economic, humanity and social in order to improve and develop the human life environment and satisfy people's dynamic material living needs and spiritual living needs.This paper placed emphasis on Economic Value based on Value Engineering. Value Engineering is the scientific technology economic analytical method in the field of industry manage, it can carry out essential function with the lowest costin the process of using systemic and creative research approach. Value Engineering seeks the matching rationally of the function and cost by the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, tries to make as big as possible economic benefits and social benefits with as little as possible cost, tries to maximum satisfy the dynamic equilibrium of manager obtaining profit and consumer's needs.Humanitarianism idea was injected into products innovation, to discuss humanization and culture value sprouted to the era characteristic and the geographical characteristic, which can offer the deeper theoretical foundation for products innovation. This paper used the whole idea of the system to analyze synthetically and merged people's demand, Human Factors Engineering, aesthetics, environmental factor and culture factor, etc, in order to guide the product design to develop along the correct direction and make product design full of humane care.Stand on the angle of Social Value at last to analyze several aspects showing Social Value and several ways to improve Social Value in the process of product innovation and in the circulation of products- goods - articles- wastes.This paper expounded the concrete applications of Value Engineering and put forward to several factor of human factor and social value.
