Research On Management Of New Products Development Of China' S Railway Enterprises

New technology on china' s railway traction is experiencing changing periods from internal-combustion traction to electrical traction and from DC drive to AC drive, which make it possible for the railway enterprises to face pportunities and challenges. It' s up to these enterprises to take the initiative in making development while producing electric driver of locomotives.This article bases its studies on the management of the new products development of railway electric machine factory in china. The following issues are analyzed and studied qualitatively on the bases of the research on the new products by foreign scholars as well as the method of associating theory with proofs.First of all, the present situation of new products developed by china' s railway enterprises is analyzed. AHP as well evaluating method is adopted the capability of developing new products. Such problems are pointed out in this article as the insufficient use of work force and the uneven development of the products.Apart from the above analysis, comparisons are made and research done concerning the three patterns of the new products. It' s believed that china' s railway enterprises should depend on their own characteristics and different types of products should be development in different methods and patterns.In the management of the new products developed by the railway enterprises,the programs on developing new products are evaluated by means of applying fuzzy synthetically evaluation. By analyzing the present problems, it' s suggested that the performing programs should be adopted regarding concurrent engineeringmanagement and disposing departmental interface.In order that the technicians can play an active role and that the new products can keep streaming, patens of incentive on tasks and knowledge sharing are pointed out, still plans of occupation development of the technicians are made on the basis of the present inspiring systems.
