Along with the China's joining into the WTO, the Chinese business enterprise has nowadays participated in a much more vigorous and intense environment. The traditional management principles and methods are suffering the impact inevitably. How the Chinese business enterprise integrates the resources both outside and inside the enterprise, manage the customer relationship, has been the key of rebuilding the international rules of the game in the world competition. According to the concept of customer relationship management, CRM has now become the popular vision for all enterprises. But there is no doubt that the concept foundation of the customer relationship management in China is very weak. This thesis is trying to make the business enterprise understand its complete theories system by establishing the model of systematic theories for the CRM, and to construct a perfect management platform for the CRM combined the situation of local enterprise with the success experience of the abroad, and then Chinese enterprise can succeed in the practice of the CRM step by step.
