On The Impacts Of Public Official's Income Upon The Work Efficiency

The inefficiency of the public officials an internationally confronted problem, which, by investigation, is exposed as the following: an absurdity concerning the administration organization, a lack of high qualifications in terms of the public officials, an inferior modernization system, a lack of legal system in administration, a triviality in the administrative procedure, and an insufficiency in both scientific management and income as well. China's public official system was established in 1993 and in the same year the wage system to the public official system was put into practice within the whole nation.A frequent increase in the public officials' income has brought about a universal public concern so far. This essay which aims at the work efficiency of the public officials has made a research on this problem. Based on the analysis, we come to the conclusion that an increase in the public officials' wage does not necessarily mean an increase in the work efficiency, and that we need to explore more stimuli and innovative means in order to enhance the work efficiency of the public officials.
