The operating environment of modern enterprises undertaking great changes and strategic management popular, the traditional theories and methods of financial management have already failed to satisfy the strategic management of modern enterprises. So, strategic financial theory develops to combine strategic management and the traditional financial management, drawing a long-term and overall plan of financial activities of enterprises. Financial strategy is a new area of study, and this paper is meant to use the basic theories of financial strategy to analyze and study a certain company's financial strategies under a certain background.S company is a state-owned company for foreign trade whose success is supported and guaranteed by its financial strategies. The inner and outer environment changing, how to adjust the financial strategies to the overall strategies of the company and the ever-changing environment is critical in the implementation of the development strategies of the company. This paper uses the basic theories of financial strategy to analyze and study the financial strategies of S company in both aspects of history and status quo. Based on the research of the inner and outer environment and on the full analysis with strategic and financial management theories, suggestions are made to solve the problems with the working financial strategies and to act as a potential reference for the improvement of the company's financial strategies.
