This essay conducts a basic analysis on the innovation of state-owned foreign trade company's HR (abbr. human resource) management. Taking ZY Co. as an example, the writer explores the necessity of such innovation and its main concepts. There are four chapters in the essay.Chapter 1 is the part for describing basic theory of HR management. It introduces the development for the three phases of the idea of HR management, idiographic content of and development tendency of HR management.Chapter 2 analysis the necessity to innovate the state-owned trading company's HR management. We are now facing an era of information technology which requires all kinds of adjustment in an enterprise's managerial functions to meet the demand of a challenging environment. This is especially true for human resource management. It is also obvious that innovation, which includes concept innovation, culture innovation, management innovation and technology innovation, is playing a much more important role in an enterprise's efforts to gain a competitive advantage over other companies. This essay tries to establish a close relationship between HR management and innovation. Though HR management innovation is a new concept, many companies have practiced a lot in its daily operation. Many factors convince us that human resources is the most importance resource that a company may have, and that innovation in HR management is the starting point of all other functions and can create a solid platform for all other kinds of innovation and enterprise's future growth.By illustrating a case study on ZY Co., the essay reviews the progress in HR management made by ZY in the last two decades, as well as problems it has encountered.The essay also does a detailed analysis on how to promote innovations in HR management in state-owned foreign trade companies. The essay deals with the HR programming, hiring and inspiring employees, creating company culture and innovating company structure. To summarize, it is obvious that among all the innovations, HR management innovation is of vital importance.The main creative point of this essay is in chapter 4, for the first time the essay brings forward innovation company organization to an organization with high competence, being made of talented stuff, and being able to deal with emergency effectively. The key to win the race of competition is to innovating HR management according with the characteristic of itself.
