A Study On The Risk Management Of Technological Innovation Of New High-tech Enterprise

With the development of knowledge economy, the new and high technology has already become the commanding point of the national economic competition and the overall national strength contention. New high-tech enterprises are becoming points of growth and supporting points of social economic development too. For new high-tech enterprises that take the main task of transformation of scientific and technical outcome, the technological innovation activities play a more and more important role in making enterprises better and more competitively. However, the technological innovation has extreme risk, so, the risk management of technological innovation of new high-tech enterprise becomes a noticeable focus too.At first, this paper classifies the risk of new high-tech enterprise technological innovation and analyzes their risk factors, summarizes the character of new high-tech enterprises ' technological innovation risk and its factor, and discerns and values the risk by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Secondly, after analyzing the risk decision-making process of technological innovation, author put forward a kind of decision mode which can take precautions against technological innovation risk effectively, and discuss deeply desistance decision in technological innovation. Then put forward four concrete feasible precautionary measures which aim at the new high-tech enterprise technological innovation characteristic of risk. Finally, this paper carry on some thinking to the risk management of the new high-tech enterprise in terms of philosophy, thus realized the distillation of the theory.
