| The problem of organizational models is always a core topic of management research field. From the traditional bureaucratic theory to current popular organizational theories, their aims are all to construct the suitable organizational models according to outside development and self-characters. Especially for venture enterprises (normally are weaker than common enterprises), it's very important to find out a set of fitting models in order to guide their development.This paper introduces the concepts and development situation of organizations and organizational models, and emphasizes the importance of organizational models. The it concerns main meanings and characteristics of the concept of Organizational Model (from the aspect of human resource) forwarded by SPEC, and studies the various effects, which emphasize the importance of the research in this field, on the performance of venture enterprises (such as existence, human resource, capitalization, bureaucratization, business strategies, etc.) as the result of different organizational models and their changes. And it points out the limitations and shortcomings of current research, and also some aspects for further research.To achieve the directing and accelerating effects to the development of domestic venture enterprises, we perform the investigation via methods of material collection, telephone and questionnaires. After thorough survey of several domestic venture enterprises, we find some basic but useful conclusions, which will be beneficial for further research. |
