| The problem of organizational models is always a core topic of management research field. From the traditional bureaucratic theory to current popular organizational theories, their aims are all to construct the suitable organizational models according to outside development and self-characters. Especially for Hi-tech enterprises, it's very important to find out a set of fitting models in order to guide their development. This paper introduces the concepts and development situation of organizations and organizational models, introduce ordinary theory for the high-tech enterprises and its organizational model, From the firm nature, we begin our study and emphasizes the importance of organizational models.Hi-tech enterprise is the motor of economy growth for a country, the main force for new industrialization way for western region in China and the main firm form in a knowledge economy society. So there is important theoretic and practical significance to study Hi-tech enterprise organizational model. So far, most studies make high-tech industry as study object. Inside the country, research emphasizes the analysis to ordinary currant situation and the countermeasure in certain hand. Oversea research emphasize the high-tech itself and the influence of technology advance on Hi-tech enterprise organizational model innovation. But few studies directly make the high-tech enterprises as study object and as an especial firm form to study its organizational model. This paper make the high-tech enterprises as study object, and develop a new analysis frame for high-tech enterprises organizational model design and deeply and systemic study influence factors inside and outside. It provides the theory supporting for developing high-tech organizational models.Taking advantage of enterprise organization theory, the- thesis studies the theory of Hi-tech enterprise organization model. Also, the thesis pays attention to the rationale of Hi-tech enterprise organization model, combining with sample research of typical enterprise organization model. Based on the analysis of the new situation Hi-tech enterprise faced with, the existed organization model should be transformed. From the jumping-off point about the character of the Hi-tech enterprises, analyze the principia, factors, the models and resistance in the organizational model innovation of the high-tech enterprises. Bring forth the developing trends, problems and countermeasures about the high-tech enterprises in China. And it points out the limitations and shortcomings of current research, and also some aspects for further research. |
