It is no doubt that organizational culture is of great importance to the growth and development of an organization, organizational culture is the perspectives and ideas that reflects the characteristics of organization and the self-motivated action affected by such perspectives and ideas, which was naturally formed in the process of trying to affect, change and adapting to the environment. But organizational culture is by no way never changing, it must adapt to the change of outside environment. In different societies and economies, organizational culture must change with the ever changing world.With entering into the time of knowledge economy, "knowledge" replaces land, labor, capital and becomes the most important production factor and the source of competitive advantage. In an organization, knowledge sharing is a prerequisite of knowledge creation and re-use. If the individual's knowledge is not shared by others, its utilities is limited to only one person.. A lot of researchers and scholars pointed out that the most difficult part of knowledge management is knowledge sharing. In practice, knowledge sharing is a very important while quite difficult problem. Success of knowledge sharing dose not rely on technology but quite often on organizational culture. So, in the time of knowledge economy, if organizational culture dose not comply with the change of business environment and the requirement of knowledge sharing, it will become the obstacle in the development of the organization. Organizational culture must adapt to the requirement of knowledge management and support knowledge sharing, in such a way, it will be conducive to the continuous knowledge creation and competitive advantage of the organization.On the basis of research of related literature both from home and broad about organizational culture and knowledge sharing, this thesis gives some systematic analysis and research of organizational culture from the angle of knowledge sharing. First of all, from the angel of knowledge, it provides the knowledge nature of organizational culture, that is knowledge take a decisive role in the formation of organizational culture by affecting social culture, the value of entrepreneur and the main leaders, routines and individual culture. The application of knowledge decides the development of organizational culture. Knowledge constructs the main core of organizational culture. So organizational culture is the knowledge of great importance in the organization. The core and nature of organizational culture is the knowledgesystem.On the basis of knowledge nature analysis and according to the requirement of knowledge management, that is, to realize "dynamic" knowledge management by collecting, sorting, saving and searching the existing knowledge beside keeping in a certain way the knowledge in individual's brain which are difficult to express, an organization make the knowledge becomes its own knowledge through knowledge learning, sharing and creating. There are a lot of difficulties and obstacles in such knowledge sharing. The key factor is the willingness of sharing of the knowledge owner which affect directly the production of knowledge sharing. Organizational culture takes the main role. The deep-rooted culture can make the knowledge sharing "take-for-granted", meanwhile, organization could give incentive to the actions of knowledge sharing. To realize knowledge sharing, creating a culture that encourages such action is of key importance beside the technology support.But, how to change the organizational culture? Though organizational learning and knowledge creation, which will change the base of organizational culture. Organizational learning can be divided into three layers: individual learning, group learning and organizational learning. Organizational learning and individual learning are interdependent. Organizational learning is not the simply adding up of individual learning, but the knowledge and capability sharing of the members. Organizational learning is also the basis of knowledge creation. Through the above mentioned three layers of learning, new knowledge was produced and created in the organization. In the organization, all types of learning is fundamentally the change of thinking mode, that is learning requires to give up the currently holding values and accept a whole new one. This changing process occurs through change of individual thinking mode affecting that of organization's shared thinking mode, in nature, the change of Organizational culture. To successfully realization knowledge sharing, organizational learning and knowledge creation, the organization should be a learning organization. The ideal learning organization should create continuous learning culture and make continuous change and adaptation, such organization must change some traditional norms, mode and practice and move to learning/innovative culture.How to create culture base on knowledge sharing? From the perspective of analyzing the dynamic mode of organizational culture, the thinking mode and way of action of the members can be finally changed through changing the basic factor of organizational culture that is value and basic assumptions.
