Eco-Industrial Park (EIP) is an important practice of eco-industrial theory. In an EIP, enterprises reduce wastes through clean production, mass and energy integration and information exchanged to realize high efficient utilization of resource and energy. In this dissertation, product system planning and mass integration of an EIP are researched. For the product system planning problem, a detailed framework is given out. Firstly, the product superstructure set was constructed by investigating producing progresses, material resources and market demand. Then a preponderant product set is identified. Finally, the product system planning is obtained according to the present resource and technology in the EIP. A practical case study is finished for Shenjia EIP in Quzhou city.Further, a method of mass integration for EIP is proposed based on the product system planning. There are three ways for enterprises to reduce pollution emissions: reducing, reusing and recycling. Some candidate unit progresses are developed through these ways. Then the unit models are combined into a super structure network model for mass integration. The network model includes matrices of data, environmental or economic constraints and objective functions. As a case study, chlorine integretion of Shenjia industrial park is studied. A multi-objective MINLP model is built according to the following steps. Firstly, several main enterprises are selected as units of the network. Then some new candidates are inducted into the super structure network. Some different objectives are considered for the model. The results may provide many important decision support for the EIP's administer committee.
