Nowadays the methods of services of the banking changed greatly with the development at full speed of the information and network technology, and the I-bank is one of the main characteristics. In foreign countries the I-banks have formed representative development models and competition strategy gradually through ten years of finding and practicing. In our country, the I-bank has got fast development comply with the trend of the I-bank. But take a broad view of the existing I-bank, there are phenomena that the product is single and the competitiveness is low which mainly because the I-bank has not formed the clear development strategy yet. So it is very essential and urgent to study the development strategy of I-bank of our country. On the theoretical foundation of the finance game, the finance information and the competition strategic theories, the author has put forward the suggestions from the angle of macroscopic and microcosmic to the development strategy of I-bank of our country with the reference of the successful experiences of the foreign I-banks and the combination of the concrete conditions of our country. From the macroscopic aspects, we should adopt the mode that the traditional banks develop the I-banks as the main mode of our country to develop the I-bank. Corresponding this kind of mode and different characteristics of different scale commercial banks, the I-bank of four major state-owned commercial banks can choose the "differentiation" strategy or the "goal focus" competition strategy, and the I-bank of the medium and small commercial banks can choose the "applying leading" strategy and the "goal focus" competition strategy. From the microcosmic aspects, the all I-banks should pay close attentions to the technological development strategy, human resources and customers strategy, market marketing strategy of I-bank direct against the general weakness of the I-bank at present.
