| JinPing County which lies in the inland mountain is a agricultural county. As a result of different factors, organization system, for example, it hasn't taken away from the situation of " big county in agriculture, small county in industry, poor country in finance." So how to arrange and open the regional resource by opening and administrating efficiently to accelerate the economy, is an essential and urgent problem which must be faced by our government and thirty thousands people in JinPing county.In this paper, firstly, I explain the theory of regional economic development; introduce several styles of the economic development of county region. Then, minutely analyze the historical and present situation of the economic development in JinPing; analyze the economic situation in and out of China has been a member of WTO and China has made a strategy to open the west part; analyze the present resource and comprehensively evaluate the present conditions and situation in JinPing county; establish the direction of how to accelerate the economics, the main region for economic opening strategy and style of economic development. Finally, I express six pouits for economic development in JinPing, which also should be carefully regarded us, they are industry, agriculture, the construction of the town, the spread of science and technology ,the developing talent, and the opening policy. |
