21st century is the world that information technologies have been extensively applied; information technology penetrates into all society fields via information exchange network. World economy experienced tremendous change due to the information technology's progress and popularization, which would result in grave innovation of the society resource distribution, enterprise production and management mode. With the high growth of information technology, the penetration between knowledge and economy becomes stronger and stronger, which leads to fundamental change of global economy environment. Information technology as an act of god, changes old commerce environment and competition manner, and leads to innovation of enterprise running and management. Because information technology influences various enterprises in a different extent and way, their effects become completely different. With the environment for enterprises surviving and developing changing from time to time and technology progress speeding up, market becomes more or less unpredictable. All these indicate that the change of competition structure will be induced by strategy. Enterprises must have strategic competition method in hand if they want to adapt to this environment. In information era, the change of global economy market environment and competition manner has became the fact, information wave that induced by information technology revolution attributes not only to the rapid growth of information industry but also to great impacts and effects to all industries, it also drives the new economy wave with information economy as its core. Information technology brings not only with enterprise commerce environment, product and market, but also with great change of commerce environment etc enterprise strategy environment as well as innovation of enterprise strategy logic. In order to keep our enterprises surviving and developing in new economy environment, this study analyzed enterprise commerce environment, product and market, information resource, knowledge etc most important enterprise resource factors in information era as well as great change of commerce environment etc enterprise strategy environment in detail. It investigated the strategy development in information era would change old enterprise competition manner, value notion, operation process and commerce process and so on. It also analyzed innovation to be the source of enterprise acquiring continuous competition advantage and cooperative competition, as strategy model trend in information era, brought us several innovations. Then, this study investigated theenterprise strategy for Chinese enterprises to acquire enterprise competition advantageand continuously produce company value at new strategy environment. Here, AB Company was chosen as an example, five forces model and SWOT analysis method were utilized to perform its strategy analysis based on detailed data, explored its market opportunity in its industry as well as its realistic and potential threats. Based on existing resources in AB Corporation, this study designed detailed and practicable strategic program in order to find a strategic way for AB Corporation's continuous development.
