Professional Development Strategy Research On Tianjin Jingxian Law Firm

The regulation of lawyer was restored and re-established in1980, and thedevelopment of lawyer has been over30years in China. The quantity of lawyers andlaw firms are increasing rapidly. But only5percent of these law firms areprofessional and most of them are not.Based on many years of lawyer experience, the author studied the competitiveenvironment with the help of Potter`s five forces model, analyzed the law industrymarket, shared the opportunity and threats. Also based on the actual condition ofTianjin Jingxian law firm, using SWOT method, the author got the conclusion thatdevelopment strategy is the only choice of Tianjin Jingtian law firm. This law firm isone of the professional law firm in Tianjin, and the management model ofmanagement model plus chief executive partner still needs to be improved. Thefirm focused on traffic accident as its key business, and this strategy is typically agood reference to the law firms not only in Tianjin but also in China.The most important thing to any law firm is how to adjust itself according to themarket opportunity and compete. The strategy of professional development is theinexorable trend to all the law firms in China.
