In the 21th century, society enters into the information time. After China entered into WTO and Domestic Internet is being developed, the number of credit card roars. What's more, with the rapid development of credit card business, public awareness of credit cards increases and ATM is playing a more and more important role in construction of environment of credit card usage; and domestic commercial banks all focus on developing ATM as their key strategy. It will definitely demands better quantity and quality of ATM which must be informed, scientific and standard. ATM Management Center is the managing and functioning department of ATM business in Shaanxi branch of China Construction Bank. Confronted with intense competition in ATM service field, we should get information earlier, analyze information on time, and widen market and business scale in order to win.This article, guided by the theory of constructing management information system, constructs a centralized management information system suitable for ATM service of extensive scale, which helps widening the service function of ATM and increasing its efficiency It fully embodies competitive advantages and effect brought by ATM service. Firstly, it recalls the development of ATM management system, and evidences that ATM will be one of the key destinations of the future development of banks by researching the intense competition in finance field and the tendency of credit cards which is the carrier of automatic service. What's more, it proves that ATM is better than traditional bank service in capital, benefits and management capability by researching a lot of data and that centralized management is suitable for ATM of massive scale; but its management must be based on efficiency management information system. Through analysis of competition in bank world and that of business data, with the help of statistics and operational research, the article suggests a series data of development of ATM and make itcome true in management information system. The construction of management information system raises the service efficiency of ATM and betters the technological process of ATM business, which raises new means of effectively managing ATM and scientifically making strategies of its development.
