Sound allocation of labour force resources is the inevitable requirement to keep up healthy and steady development of Chinese economy. Whereas there exist many questions that restrain the labour force from fair allocation in present Chinese industrial structure. At the same time the optimization and upgrade of industrial structure is a certain tendency of economic development and industrial structure evolution. Thus it is of substantial importance to study on the impact of industrial structure transformation on work force allocation, and to make relevant suggestions, in order to realize the dual purposes of industrial structure upgrade and work force allocation.The thesis firstly introduces the concept and evolutive principles of industrial structure, as well as the principles and regulations of work force allocation. Based on that, it embodies the impact of industrial structure in different phases on work force allocation.Secondly, it compares domestic transformation of industrial structure and work force allocation system with those abroad, from which a lot of questions against work force allocation in the process of Chinese industrial structure alternation put forward, and the practical significance of adjusting industrial structure in time for better allocation of work force resources pointed out.Thirdly, it based upon the three times of divisions of industries, establishes a model of work force allocation, and grounded on which forecasts the prospects of work force allocation in the future.Finally, it founded on analyses and forecasts, indicates a series of suggestions of adjusting industrial structure in time for the aims of sound allocation of work force resources.
