Study On Bid For International Project

It is a ubiquitous problem that most of China's enterprises cannot always make correct decisions in bid for international project. This study summarize the concept and procedure of Decision-making in Bid for international project, elucidates the methods to make correct decision by analyzing the bid organization, interior and exterior circumstances which have an influence on decision-making, and by analyzing the bid proposal, risks and bid skills which may play a key role in the success of a bidding.
