Study On Developing The Working Performance For Marketing Staff In Power Grid Enterprise

With the sustainable development of economy and the improvement of people's life, the society and people expect power grid enterprises, as one kind of public utilities, to do better than what they did before. At the same time, these enterprises are facing introduction of competition. So it is more necessary to employ excellent sale persons to comply with the request of high working standard. Firstly, we have made many researches on the characteristics of electricity marketing and its development course. Based on the researches, we have analyzed the causes and effects of some problems existed in the electricity marketing and salesmen. We have also given the solution to the problems. Secondly, we have presented the method and procedure of establishing a model of working performance for staff and shown the components of the model.
