On The Training Of Community Working Staff In Songshan New District Of Jinzhou City

With the deepening of comprehensive deepening reforms,the focus of urban management has shifted downwards,and the communities have assumed more and more tasks.As the main force of the community,community working staff have become the key link between the government and the masses.The overall quality of the community working staff directly reflects the level of urban governance,and plays a boosting role in improving service levels and promoting social harmony and stability.Strengthen the construction of community working staff and train a community talent team with reasonable structure,strong work ability,and high professional quality to provide a strong organizational guarantee and reliable talent guarantee for the construction of "the beautiful Jinzhou" and "the harmonious Songshan".Taking Songshan New District of Jinzhou City as an example,the status quo of community working staff in Songshan New District was analyzed deeply through literature analysis and field inspection methods.Although the Songshan New District of Jinzhou continues to increase the training of community working staff,optimize the team structure,and establish an assessment mechanism,it revealed that the construction of community working staff was unsound and the community professionals were not well established.The serious lack of strength,the lack of professional training for community workers and the incentive mechanism for the treatment of community working staff have not been implemented.The reasons are that management philosophy is out of date,and the selection and employment mechanism is not standardized,and education training is not paid enough attention to and government incentive work is not enough.Through the analysis of the experience of team construction of community workers,combined with the actual situation of community working staff in the Songshan New District of Jinzhou City,the opinions and suggestions for improving the construction of community working staff are proposed.From improving the community worker team construction policy system,adjusting the structure of community working staff,intensifying community working staff to cultivate and improve the community working staff security aspects of incentive mechanism and so on.We will improve the management system for community working staff and build a professional team of community working staff in Songshan new district.
