On The Effects Of The Ideological Education Surroundings On The Basic Factors Of The Ideological Education Process

As a specific social practice system, the ideological education is always existing and evolving in the communication with its surroundings. Surroundings are the big stages of active activities of the ideological education, the information sources of guiding the ideological education activities and influence on the ideological education process and outcome and the important factors of the eventual realization of the ideological education effects. The ideological education surroundings, the special surroundings, are the sum total of various factors which affect the ideological education actions and process, and the compound strucutres of multi-levels, multi-aspects and various essential factors. They are the component parts of material and spirit, static and synamic state, external appearance and internal storage, group and individual, indirect and direct surroundings and time conditions and space places. They have an effect on the formation of individual's ideological moral character and the whole process of the ideological education. The ideological education process is made up of such factors as educators (subjects), the educated ( objects), contents and approaches of the ideological education(media), social surroundings and conditions supporting the educaiton (environments). All these component factors are variable quantities, which will appear in various complicated forms at any time as one of them varies. The lack of any factors or improperly handling the relationships of factors will weaken or destroy the ideological education as a whole and even can't attain the goal of the ideological education. It is the relations and effects of the above factors that constitute the whole process of tne ideological education. Nowadays, with the rapid development of global economy and various world politics patterns, the new scientific and technological revolution is in the ascendant. Knowledge economy is beginning toget some inkling. The market- driven economy in our country is at the stage of trying to tackle the most difficult part of it. Great changes have taken place or are taking place in the ideological education surroundings. Therefore, only in the changes of surroundings can the ideological education keep pace with the times, adjust to the new situations and new demands and work effectively. By using the available research results, this paper probes into the effects of the ideological education surroundings on the basic factors of the process of the ideological education in order to raise and achieve the ideal actual effects of the ideological education.
