Study On The Quality Management System Of Building Waterproofing Materials Enterprise

Construction industry is one of the mainstays of national economy. The rapid development of construction industry brought well opportunity for the development of building waterproofing materials. Along with the promulgation of related national policies and standards, as well as we joined the WTO, the competition mode changed from price to quality and service in building waterproofing materials market. ISO9001∶2000 standard provided a frame for enterprises to establish quality management system(QMS). The quality management of our building waterproofing materials enterprises is on lower level. It will have important effects for building waterproofing materials enterprises to set up ISO9001∶2000 QMS. The aim of this thesis is to provide a kind of method of establishing ISO9001∶2000 QMS on the basis of analyzing quality management status in building waterproofing materials industry.There are mainly three parts in this thesis. Firstly we will examine the development history of quality management and ISO9000 standards, analyze the development status and trends of building waterproofing materials to stress the purpose of establishing ISO9001∶2000 QMS in building waterproofing materials enterprises. Secondly, according to the basic process of establishing QMS, we will elaborate the application of the eight principles of quality management, and then study the plan, auditing and continual improvement of QMS. Finally, based on the establishment and implementation of QMS in Tian Jin Ocean-Rock New Waterproofing Materials Co. Ltd., we will illuminate the application of ISO9001∶2000 QMS in building waterproofing materials enterprises in detail. We will summarize the planning method of QMS, the implementation effects of QMS, and then discuss 6σmanagement briefly.
