Research On Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Of Cadres In Mountain Villages

The "three rural issues" have always been the focus of most attention in China.In recent years,the Central No.1 document has continued to pay close attention to the "three rural issues",and village cadres are the primary problem of the "three rural issues." The cadres of mountain villages are an important force to lead the poor villages and towns to get rid of poverty and become well-off.Therefore,the importance of mountain village cadres is self-evident.This paper takes the comprehensive quality of mountain village cadres as the research object,and selects the mountain village cadres of Shouning County,Ningde City,Fujian Province.As the focus of the investigation,through the evaluation of the comprehensive quality of the cadres of mountain villages in Shouning County,and put forward targeted suggestions for improving the overall quality of local village cadres.The author firstly pages a large number of relevant literatures on the comprehensive quality of mountain village cadres at home and abroad,and sorts out the research status at home and abroad.Then,taking the cadres of mountain villages in Shouning County as an example,firstly,a set of index system is designed,and an expert survey is designed and designed.Questionnaires and mass questionnaires were issued in the villages of Shouning County,and 628 valid questionnaires were obtained.This paper empirically analyzes the data through the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and finally obtains the evaluation results of the comprehensive quality of the mountain village cadres in Shouning County.According to the results of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the comprehensive quality of mountain village cadres from four aspects.The countermeasures proposed in this paper are of great significance to the improvement of the comprehensive quality of mountain village cadres in Shouning County.For Fujian Province,The construction of mountain village cadres in other counties and cities across the country also has certain reference significance.
