The TBT Agreement And The Perfecting Of The Chinese System Of The Technical Barriers To Trade

In order to promote the free development of international trade, adapt to the needs of the global integration of economy, traditional tariff barriers have been large-range cut down. But the Trade Protectionism doesn't completely extinct, they had found the new trade protection means. The technical barriers to trade plays an important role in protecting the human life and healthy, protecting the environment and the other rational interests. But because it has characteristics of the changeable quality, complexity and illegal disguise quality, so it gradually becomes the important tool of trade protection. The developed countries were the main base of the technological barrier to trade, many export products in our country have faced the developed country's restriction of the technological barrier. Facing the limit that my country's development of export trade has been meet, the safety guarantee of my country's rational interests; facing the WTO rules that China needs to obey after entering the WTO and the promise that China need to fulfill, my country should research the TBT agreement as soon as possible, set up my country's legal system of the technical barriers to trade, break through the other countries' illegal barriers.The paper all-sided introduces and deeply analyses the TBT agreement, summarizes the system of the technical barriers to trade of my country. At last, it analyses barriers system of the U.S.A. and European Union, and it brings forward the advices about how to set up my country's technical barriers system at the base of benefiting from the successful experiences of the U.S.A. and European Union and combining the TBT agreement's request and my country's promise.
