Study On The Potentiality Evaluation Of Land-readjustment In The Arable Land And Rural Residential Land In Chongqing Three-Gorges Reservoir Area

The land-readjustment is to organize and arrange the actual land-use means, the intensity, the composition and the soil relationship. On one hand, the land-readjustment may add the fresh arable land. On the other hand, it may improve the land productivity. The land-readjustment is an inevitable choice for the sake of the necessity to achieve the social economic sustainable development. As a spadework for the land-readjustment, the potentiality evaluation of the land-readjustment is a basis for drawing up the plan of the land-readjustment and designating the land-readjustment district. So it is very important to explore it. The potentiality evaluation of the land-readjustment become the work that is urgently necessary and a basis for drawing up and implementing the strategy of the social economic sustainable development.This dissertation is based on the practice of many tasks about the land-readjustment of Chongqing Three-Gorges reservoir area. From the viewpoint of land science, combined with others, such as Geography, Ecology, adhering to the basic principle of integrating theory with practice, using scientific research methods, it concluded the analysis on the potentiality of land-readjustment in the arable land and the rural residential land of Chongqing Three-Gorges reservoir area, estimated the potentiality of land-readjustment in the arable land and the rural residential land, made out the potentiality of land-readjustment, concluded the characteristic on the potentiality evaluation of the land-readjustment. Finally, it promoted much profitable exploration on some interrelated questions. The dissertation contains four parts.Part one was the basic theory component. It mainly defined the land-readjustment and the potentiality of land-readjustment. It based on connotation, property, category and the main effect on the social economic sustainable development of the land-readjustment, clarified connotation and property of the potentiality of land-readjustment. Finally, it analysed the origin from the potentiality of land-readjustment in the arable land and the rural residential land.Part two was the method study to the potentiality evaluation of the land-readjustment. First of all, it introduced the trends of the potentiality evaluation of the land-readjustment. Furthermore, it observed these evaluation approach. Finally, it put forward the basic approach of this research, including the technique course and the research scheme.Part three was the main part of the dissertation. It analysed the potentiality of land-readjustment in the arable land and the rural residential land of Chongqing Three-Gorges reservoir area. First of all, it based on the basic thing introduced in Chongqing Three-Gorges reservoir area, analysed the main characteristics of land-readjustment. Afterwards, in the process evaluated, it established a index system through four indexes, confirmed the index weight by Delph, made out the total points of the potentiality of land-readjustment in the arable land, and classified by drawing the distribution of the total points. Furthermore, the potentiality of land-readjustment in the arable land finally was divided to the potentiality levels. Finally, it estimated and classified the potentiality of land-readjustment in the rural residential land of Chongqing Three-Gorges reservoir area. On base of the problem in the rural residential land, it made out the total potentiality of land-readjustment the rural residential land by taking the means that the norm is measured and calculated. Finally, the potentiality of land-readjustment in the rural residential land was divided to the potentiality levels.Part four was the conclusion of this dissertation.
