Study On Supply Chain Management And Cooperation Mechanisms In Agricultural Products Processing Industry

For the sake of alleviating the contradiction between supply by small peasant household and large demand of agricultural products, improving competitive power of the agricultural product processing industry and promoting the development of agriculture economic of our country, this dissertation takes the agricultural products processing firm as objects of study and studies on the application significance, mode and method of supply chain management in agricultural products processing industry. This dissertation is guided by theories such as supply chain management theory, incomplete contracts theory, game theory and applies methods such as contrast analysis, systems analysis, cases analysis, model analysis and so on.First , this dissertation analyzes the drawback of the tradition organization model in our country, brings out the definition of APPSCM and application significance of SCM in the agricultural products processing industry; Then, based on the roundly comparing the agricultural products processing industry to other manufacturing industries and to the one in foreign countries, this dissertation analyzes the characteristics of the agricultural products processing industry and the condition faced by it. Through the study of the agricultural industry chain, we construct agricultural products processing supplies chain management model, and analyze function mode of the organization by supply chain management. In the last, a supporting system has been constructed in this text.This dissertation analyzes the mechanism of benefit between the agricultural products processing firm and the farmers by incomplete contracts theory and game theory, and studies some problems arose by price strategy and signer of contracts. Then, we draw a conclusion which the contracts has little restriction to the signers. And then, this dissertation gives some suggests and feasibility analysis. In the last, we study the cooperation model between the agricultural products processing firm and the middlemen in this text. According to supply chain management theory, this dissertation proposes the tactics of structuring the distribution channel, studies the characteristics and structure of the information supporting system and analyzes the implementation method of enterprise informationization by case analysis.
