Study On Agricultural Extension Researcher Evaluative Standard

Human resource is the first resource. Evaluating and employing talents exactly is very important for the development of society, economy, science and technology. The most significant measure in developing human resource is evaluating and employing talents exactly, and constituting evaluative standard which adapting the characteristics of talents.Agricultural technical extension is the continuance and extension of agricultural researching and education, and it is a pivotal tache of translating agricultural researching outcome into agricultural productivity. The evaluating method which according to the standard of researcher or professor is not fit for agricultural extension technician. It is necessary to constitute evaluative standard system which adapting the characteristics of agricultural extension technician.Using qualitative and quantitative method, an achievement evaluating standard system for agricultural technical extension researcher has been established in this study through researching the character, assignment, achievement trait and form of agricultural extension. Quantificational evaluating standard system has been issued involved in the factor of professional knowledge, working experience and ability, extension achievement, prize and treatise. Different authority was given to every factor according to an applicant who worked in different area, hi order to showing difference in different applicant, an accessional mark was given to applicant who worked in west area and rural area. Comparing with the standard, the experts of evaluating council give everyone a mark that shows whether applicant is eligible.With the development of technical title reform, equitable and elaborate evaluating standard will be more and more important. The standard issued in this study will be an important reference for government personnel department.
