On Research Of Management And Cost Of Chengguan Expressway

With the long-term construction and development of economy of all countries in the world, the expressway has been the symbol of modern society. How to process the assessment of highway construction project, summer experience of highway construction and management, and prefer the work from now on has come to be a protrudent problem.Firstly, the development condition of the post assessment of highway construction project was introduced in this thesis. The signification, basic content, and assessment procedure of the post assessment were analyzed, and the relationship and difference between the post assessment and feasibility research were elaborated. Then the operation management, the cost and the environment effect of Chengguan Expressway were studied, some related proposed was put forward, In this thesis, the post assessment for operation condition and operation management was studied emphatically .The main contents of traffic survey were produced, the calculating methods of capacity and service level were studied and analyzed, and the idex system of the post assessment for operation condition was established.The theory and means post assessment of highway construction project were studied in this thesis, and the post assessment for operation condition of Chengguan Expressway was put up. Studies and practices in this thesis have directive signification to a certain both on the theory and means of post assessment and the post assessment for operation condition of Chengguan Expressway.
