Shaanxi Provincial Highway Construction Scale Adaptive Analysis

This paper is based on the analyzing of current situation and problem existing in the economic development and highway construction of Shaanxi Province, and probes into the interaction of highway construction and regional economic development. On this basis, the paper analyses the meaning of the adaptability of Shaanxi Province highway construction scale and its important function to Shaanxi Province economic development. Then, the paper offers two kinds of methods for analysis of the highway construction scale and economy adaptability of Shaanxi Province: absolute evaluation assessment and relative evaluation assessment. The former appraises the adaptability of the highway construction scale of Shaanxi Province on the basis of the total amount analyses; the other utilizes the fuzzy appraisal method based on related degree of clusters to appraise the adaptability of highway construction scale of Shaanxi Province by establishing the system of corresponding evaluation index. Utilizing two kinds of appraisal methods to analyze highway construction scale and economic adaptability of Shaanxi Province separately, the unanimous conclusion has been drawn. Finally, the paper has analyzed the subject matter existing in highway construction of Shaanxi Province.
