The institution of transferring the rights of land contract and operation hastens the transferring of property rights . on one hand, under the influence of path dependence, the institution grants the peasants long-term rights of using land and gaining from the land; on the other hand, the institution further reduces the limits of the traditional agriculture economy, realizing the transforming the resources of manpower, money and land into the capital of manpower, money and land .greatly improving the efficiency of resource deposition, further advancing the increase of rural economy , strongly promoting the shift of dualistic economic structure, also helping to solve the three problems about rural areas, fanners and agriculture, comprehensively accelerating development of national economy , hence it achieves great economic performance.
