| From it coming into being, the city has developed well and the city economy has become main body of regional economy. At the same time, some problem that is harm for social development has arisen. Focusing of attention with the perspective, taking Nanxi county as a case, using science method, starting with problem and current situation of urbanization, the author analyzes the developing model of urban system and location situation of Nanxi county. Then, the author determines the nature of function of Nanxi county as processed-trade and casual-amusement county. Furthermore, the author expounds the urbanization way of Nanxi county, that is to say that combined locating urbanization with out-going urbanization. In addition, the author points out countermeasure of urbanization and industrial supporting. At first, give priority to the development of the industry and optimize the industry structure. Secondly, increase the strength of key town and construct rational urban system. Thirdly, strengthen the land management and prompt it to get rational move. Fourthly, construct supporting system of employment. Fifthly, make a good job of building and planning. Sixthly, realize overall development of social. Finally, enhance the construction of supporting system of city culture.
