The Research Towards The Regional Cooperation Mechanism Of Changjiang Delta

Since middle and later periods in the 1990s the government ,the academic ,the enterprise and the social knowledgeable people have paid extensive attention to regional cooperation and coordination development in the area of the Changjiang Delta. Many scholars also have studied the difficulty in regional economy coordination development ,inherence conflict, coordination development strategy , coordination mechanism and the management .They have referred to the knowledge of Regional Economics , Administrative division Geography , Urban Geography and Industry's Economics and etc. The following text begins with analyses of the characteristic of the area of changjiang Delta ,and then the author probes into the inherence conflicts which influence the realization of the regional cooperation and coordination development . Finally he or she puts forward the practical suggestions about the innovation of mechanism of corporation on the basis of drawing lessons from forefathers' research results.The author first explains the background of the thesis and the meanings of the research in the introduction .In the following he or she analyses and summarizes synthetically the research results of the regional cooperation ,but also the overview of research in the area of changjiang Delta .Finally he or she puts forward the research theme and the frame .In the second part of the thesis the author differentiates and defines several basic conceptions that the thesis involves including region, district, Administrative area, Economic zone and natural district, the regional cooperation and coordination, the stringy metropolitan and the metropolitan district. Then he or she introduces five theories closely related to this thesis, including the economic theory in the administrative area, competition theory of administrative division .limited reason of the regional micro subject -the prisoner's dilemma ,regional relevant connections theory and the theory on management of city and region.In the third part the author at first has defined the nature and characteristic of the area of Changjiang Delta , using the knowledge of natural division, administrative division, economic division , urban development. On this basis he or she has reviewed the basic state of the cooperation in the area of the Changjiang Delta in recent years .Then he or she analyses deeply the inherent contradiction from three views such as idea, system and feasibility. In the fourth part the author has introduced three kinds of coordination space management modes of the foreign metropolitan district, and has analyzed four typical regional coordination cases in domestic and international.In the fifth part the author has pointed out the position of government in the Changjiang Delta area at first .Then according to the basic innovation of mechanism principle and the ideas, he or she puts forward the practical suggestions of cooperation and coordination from many angles such as examination mechanism from the cadre, regional interests mechanism, service the platform in the area, cooperation system guarantee, regional competition mechanism, coordination organization and the way of coordination .In the sixth part the author has summarized the main conclusion of the thesis, and put forward a prospect about the future cooperation in the area of Changjiang Delta.
