Inter-regional Governance Of Metropolitan Area And Its Legal Guarantee

With the rapid development of China's social economy,economic activities and its influence more and more to break through the boundaries of administrative areas,produce a variety of inter-regional issues,the most obvious in the urbanized area.China's legal system does not stipulate the legal governance of inter-regional issues,so it needs to draw lessons from the experience of western countries.This paper firstly introduces the related theories of Inter-regional Governance of Metropolitan Area,then adopt the comparative research method,to the United States,Japan and European countries experience analysis,extract successful experience in line with national conditions in China and proposed some suggestions.At the same time,the development of metropolitan area and inter-regional governance of China are analyzed.The mechanism of regional governance of China is analyzed,too.Taking inter-regional governance of the Metropolitan Area of the Yangtze River Delta as a case,this paper also analyzes the problems faced in the field of inter-regional governance of metropolitan areas in China.
