The Analysis Of Function In Citizen Political Quality Construction About Political Civilization Building Of Socialist

As the basic target of modernization development, the political civilization of socialist had been put forward clearly with material civilization and spiritual civilization inconsideration of the modernization development of social strategy situation in Chinese Communist Party's 16th convention. It will deeply influence the success of socialist political civilization if we can educate qualified citizen in the process of socialist political civilization development.
