Over the past few years, the amount of training outsourced by organization continued to increase, yet few insights have been offered by researchers to guide training professionals in their use of outside suppliers. The issues that the enterprise most care for are that how to choose the supplier, how to control the key factor of success of training outsourcing, how to manage the training outsourcing, etc. So the author made a study of the management of training outsourcing.First, the author made a study of the decision of training outsourcing from two aspects (the choice of supplier and the training needs assessment). To make a decision, we must do some basic work such as organizational analysis, person analysis, task analysis and the choice of supplier.Secondly, the author made a study of performance management of training outsourcing. The enterprise should pay attention to developing trust with supplier and making specific contract. In addition to manage the relationship between the supplier, the enterprise can get great benefit from training outsourcing by service-level agreements (SLAs), periodic service review, focusing of key issues, training evaluation.
