Research On Production Planning & Executive System Of Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Enterprise

MRP II is short of control functions in spite of a precise planning ability. The ability to optimize scattered affairs in the workshop and the reactive ability to precipitate occurrence such as urgent tasks is also weak. Based on all-round optimization idea, to combine JIT with MRP II to plan &control production system will be an effective management method. Through the investigation of current conditions and flow of production planning system, problems existed in the system were primarily analyzed. After analysis of function and information model of the production system, an integrated conception of planning, schedule and control parts was offered. On the basis, the fundamental production planning model based on OPT-MRPII in the multi-sort and small-batch production manner was expound. In this model, the production planning system was divided into two stratums according to production objects. Main production planning tasks of products in the production department and the job shop production planning tasks of parts in the workshop were accomplished with OPT idea and methods based on the kernel function of MRP II. Then, after discussing the bridge function on Manufacturing Fxecutive System(MES) between planning management and control stratum, aimed for the condition that information feedback was lack between plan and control on the spot, Planning Executive System (PES) was creatively expound scooping the soul of MES and its basic structure of models and information flow were established. PES is the connection between planning and control layers with a function to transmit information in the dual direction, and PES itself is enclosed. Thereby, the integrated conception of planning, scheduling and control was accomplished. The whole production planning and executive system can be divided into main production planning layer, job shop production planning layer and planning executive layer. In the end, relevant software technology involved in the system development was briefly studied. Framework and development tools were selected. Software framework of the whole system was set up and functions, inputs and outputs of every module were analyzed inparticular. On the base of this framework set up in this paper, further development to the software system can be carried out.
