On The Change Of Mode Of Economic Growth Of Township Enterprises In South Jiangsu

The issue about extensive growth of township enterprises in the south part of Jiangsu Province has been long-standing. From 1980 to 1995, township enterprise developed rapidly. The extensive growth under the administrative force led to progressive decrease of economic benefit. From 1995 to 2000, under the instruction of marketing economic, township enterprises are in a period of transition from extensive growth to intensive growth. Some marginal enterprises were kicked out of history stage because of backward technology and low efficiency. Therefore, this thesis analyses and then researches the transition of growth way of township enterprises according to theory on economic growth. General speaking, Growth way of township enterprises are featured with the coexistence of extensive growth & intensive growth, with the domination of extensive growth. Meanwhile, The advantageous function of intensive growth appears more and more apparent. In summary, The development of township enterprises should launch the innovation project, which needs to plan systematically and pay high attention to the innovation on idea, system, marketing, product, technology and management.
